How Do I Download and Use the Workouts? Click on the category of Workout you are interested in, choose a workout, purchase the workout online, then download the workout. A license will be issued with the download that allows you to play the workout on your laptop, home computer or other device with MS Media Player. You will be permitted to transfer the download file once from the original computer it was downloaded to. |

What Software Will I Need to Play the Downloads?
You will need MS Media Player, available as a free download here:
*Files downloaded to Apple/Machintosh or other non-PC computers may only be able to play the download once if they are unable to run MS Media Player version 7.1 or above. Only computers having MS Media Player version 7.1 and above will be able to play the downloads more than once.
